This live online yoga experience is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Through a thoughtful blend of gentle movement, guided meditation, and intentional breathwork, participants are supported in coming back to the body as a place of safety, presence, and quiet strength.
The class unfolds slowly and intuitively, offering grounding movement to release held tension, breath practices to steady the nervous system, and moments of stillness that allow space for reflection and integration. Each element is offered with choice and accessibility in mind, encouraging participants to listen inward and honor what they need in the moment.
Rooted in compassion and the power of shared experience, this gathering creates a sense of connection without expectation or pressure; simply an opportunity to breathe, move, and be held in a supportive collective space.
Bring your yoga mat and any other props; Yoga blocks, a strap, and practice next to a wall or a chair for balance.
